Competition Winner

Oliver’s Bakery entered 34 products for the Bako Western Bakery Championships and were awarded prizes for 14.

  • Five 1st first places
  • Two 2nd places
  • Two 3rd places
  • the rest VHC
  • Our gluten free confectionery won the Bakery Managers’ trophy
  • and our very own Milosz was champion trainee of the year.

Seasonal Greetings 2014

We look forward to serving you during normal opening hours over the next few weeks (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm, Sat 8.00am-4.00pm); we are closed from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 December 2014 and on Thursday 1 January 2015.

Crediton Food Festival 2014

We’re looking forward to 14 and 15 June. It’s great to see the community getting together in the Town Square for, what will be the sixth, Food Festival.

BreadPlaitsOn Saturday we hope to see you in the demonstration marquee. In between the demos come and try your hand at bread plaiting. The plaits will be brought back to our ovens for baking and you can then take them home.

On Sunday we are supplying Sandford Scouts with cakes for decorating. Come and support their fundraising efforts by decorating a cake (remember it is also Father’s Day, so that would make a nice treat).
